The living room is equipped with a power recliner, a queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and a 50" 4K HDR Roku/Smart TV. Relax and enjoy the golf course view from the fully enclosed Florida Room with a full wall of sliding glass doors. The kitchen has an extra wall of cabinet space providing plenty of storage, plus all the cookware, bakeware, glassware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances you'll need to prepare meals. The dining room is furnished with a table that can expand to seat six comfortably. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The adjoining primary bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower with a bench, and a walk-in closet. The guest room contains a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and generous closet space along with an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Our villa is stocked with extra linens, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, puzzles, games, and playing cards. There is also a washer and dryer for your use along with an iron and ironing board in case your clothes need a touch up.

Our villa is only 3/4 of a mile to the Fernandina Neighborhood Pool and Mail Center if you'd prefer to walk to a pool or to collect your mail. We will provide 2 Villages IDs with your monthly rental, which entitles you to all of the amenities of a full time resident. You'll have the use of all recreation centers, pools, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, billiards, classes, reduced rates at the movie theater, and much more! The Villages ID also gives you access to over 30 executive golf courses with no greens fees, and play the championship golf courses at reduced rates. The Villages Recreation Department offers over 1,000 activities, so you are sure to find a game, hobby, or activity that is perfect for you! .
